Refund policy

At Mystiqe Scents, decanted samples and travel sprays are final sale and cannot be returned. Unopened, factory-sealed full-size retail bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided you get prior approval. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Key Policy Details

 Samples & Travel Sprays: Strictly non-refundable and not eligible for return once shipped, as they are custom-prepared.

 Full-Size Bottles: Eligible for return within 30 days if unopened, unused, and in their original factory-sealed condition. You will be charged a 15% restock fee. You must contact our support team for prior approval.

 Damaged/Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, you must report it within 7 days to qualify for a replacement or refund.

 Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
